Getting started with formembers
Create your account and set up your first organisation in a few minutes.
Create your account
Go to formembers.app/signup and enter your email address. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your account and continue.
Set up your organisation
After signing in, you'll be prompted to create your first organisation. Enter:
- Organisation name — this is displayed to your members
- Slug — a URL-safe identifier used in your member portal URL (e.g.
yourclub) - Billing currency — the currency you'll collect dues in
Your member portal will be available at yourclub.formembers.app once set up.
Create membership types
Membership types define the tiers you offer (e.g. "Annual Member", "Student Member"). For each type, set:
- Name
- Duration — monthly, annual, or a fixed number of months
- Price — in your organisation's billing currency
You can create as many membership types as you need.
Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team to invite staff. Roles available:
